PowerMEMS 2010, the 10th international workshop on micro and nanotechnology for power generation and energy conversion applications will be held from November 30 to December 3, 2010 in Leuven, Belgium.
Organized by the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, The Holst Centre, and imec, the workshop will cover the following topics:
